May 2012 part 1

May 5th Fathers and Sons- this is how Jr's hands looked when he came home.

while the boys were away we had a girl party, with chick food, artichokes, hummus, and spinach dip we watched movies, sewed monsters, painted nails and went for a walk.

Gordon fell asleep quickly after the boys came back. His fingers are covering his very buggery nose.

Living By the Golf Course

I think the more we live in Kingman the more I like it. We just discovered the joy of playing in the grass after the gold course closes.
For an hour or so the kids all get along and run and jump and play it is very peaceful to just watch and follow them around, usually at this time of day there is a breeze and feels great out.

these are my favorite photos of the kids!

I also really love this one. When I first saw the kids running on this hill I did not have my camera so we had to go back and recreate the shot. Hopefully soon the whole family can get pictures here.

I love these kids and times like this!

The kids did their first science project. Brian especially liked the the catapult,

 and the paper boat.

As a tradition we got ice cream after dinner, Katie and Brian earned coupons from school they has earned 5 corn dogs 4 vanilla cones and 1 medium soda!
And this is the beginning of out summer vacation.

Reuben's Blessing Day

Reuben was blesses on April 29th. We went to Tempe so family could more easily attend the blessing.  Before church we has time to take some family pictures. Maybe I get a few where we all smiled. It never happens but they all look cute. I cant believe I have 5 kids! I am so thankful I am healthy and happy and am able to have 5. They really are usually good kids.

Reuben's blessing was very nice I especially like that he was blessing with a scene of humor, and that it would help him in missionary work. Also that he would be able to look to his family and extended family for a good example. as a mother it was nice to hear his older brother will be a good example!
